Our story
We founded KLARITY Monitoring with a simple mission: to fix the constant "alert fatigue" that was drowning enterprise engineering teams. As IT veterans, we spent years watching networks generate millions of logs a day. The problem was that critical warnings—like a primary power failure or a network switch losing its backup redundancy—were routinely buried in the noise until a major outage occurred.
We built our platform around a philosophy of proactive network intelligence. Instead of creating a bloated, complex software stack, we focused on building an agile, cloud-native SaaS visualization layer. We wanted to take dense device telemetry and turn it into a live, interactive data map that an engineer could interpret at a glance.
To scale up quickly, we formed a strategic partnership with AKIPS, leveraging their powerful engine capable of logging millions of interfaces every minute. By pairing their data engine with our "Clear Path" consulting framework, we grew from managing local networks to architecting the global visibility frameworks used by major universities, health systems, and enterprises today.

Hi, I’m Neil Cornwell, founder and CEO of KLARITY.
I have been in the Network Monitoring industry for over 25 years.
Some people may recognise me for my work with Statseeker, AKIPS, or from the beginnings of KLARITY back in 2013.
KLARITY was founded with a simple goal, to help people get more from their monitoring. We built a community Knowledge base to leverage the key learnings from Network Engineers at some of the largest companies on the planet to provide Network Monitoring Intelligence to help inform decision making.
